Origin

While editing patterns, you can relocate the User Origin (x=0, y=0) to any point in the pattern. This is often convenient if you need to check the coordinates of an element or build your pattern off of a specific point.

Select the Origin tool on the ribbon or press Ctrl + Alt + O.

When the Origin tool is active, the next place you click will become the origin for reporting coordinates. Use the Ctrl key to snap the origin on a specific point.
