Preferences Tab

This tab contains preferences for the control panel.

User Interface

Theme sets the color scheme of the control panel. The options are Light, Dark, or System Theme.

Discovery

These settings are used for when a client runs discovery to find material library servers.

The Computer Name is the name of the computer running the material library server. This is a read-only text box.

The Description is an editable custom description that is shown to clients that are trying to discover a material library server.

Default Material Group

This table shows how many computer names are assigned to a default material group. This table is stored on the server and can be cleared by opening a Right-click context menu on the table.

Importing

Choose how to deal with Conflicts when importing a library into the current library with the dropdown.

Enable Texture Strips

You can choose the JPEG quality level for texture strips used on material items using the Quality Level dropdown. The higher the level the better the quality but slower performance when selecting between material groups in the Material Library Editor.
