Edit Tools

Edit tools let you change or edit a selected element or elements. Only selected elements can be changed with Edit tools. Click on an element to select it. Hold the Shift key and click on additional elements to add or subtract them from the selection. You can also select elements by dragging a marquee around them.

Each of the Edit tools shows a preview of the action. After an Edit tool operation, PatternSmith leaves the selection as it is. Click to release the selection.
