Combine

The Combine tool can combine lines, polylines, splines with other splines, and Bezier curves with other Bezier curves. Elements to be combined must share a common endpoint.

Select the elements you want to combine. Click on the Combine tool or press Ctrl + J to combine them. You will see a confirmation dialog telling you how many elements were joined.
