Thin

The Thin tool gives you an easy way to remove excess points from any polyline or spline, while making it smoother in the process.

Select the element(s) you want to thin, then click the Thin button or press Ctrl + T.

Set the maximum error allowable. This is the allowable deviation from the original curve. A smaller number results in more points, and a larger value will result in fewer points. The preview will dynamically update as you change the values.

Click Thin to accept the changes. Pressing Enter after changing a value will also accept the changes.
