Length

The Length tool lets you assign a length to a selected element.

Select the Length tool on the ribbon or press Ctrl + L.

When you select an element, you will see its current length in the dialog at the top of the Element Tool WIndow. Set the new length in units or as a percentage of the current length. Select the end you want to move (start or end). The preview will update as you go. Click to adjust the length.

If you want to keep the element connected to its neighbors, click the Neighbor toggle. If it is possible, neighboring elements will rotate about their opposite endpoints so they stay connected with the selected element at its new length, without changing their own length. If the neighboring element cannot maintain its original length, it will behave as if Keep Connected is not toggled on.
