Setup

In order for Synopsis to have data to read PatternSmith needs to start saving data. PatternSmith must have the Job Summary file saving enabled.

Go to PatternSmith > File > Preferences > General > Job Summary and check Enable Generation of Job Summary Files for use by Synopsis. Set the Job Summary Files Folder. This can be a location on your computer or a network location. If you will be using the Synopsis application on other computers you will want to specify a network location that is accessible to all users. When you click the browse button , you can select a location by clicking in the left panel or by typing a UNC path (example: \\myserver\Synopsis Files).
